In order to apply for appovals, please follow these steps:
- Prepare your proposal in detail
- Fill the form below in which you should mention how 3R's priciples will be applied in your research proposal for the review from the committee
- Send the application file to the contact email: aec@hcmuaf.edu.vn
- The committe will contact you after receiving your email, then will inform fee for the review (it is based on the magnitude of the project) (in 1 week)
- The applicant have to send the fee to the committee via their intrustion
- After receiving the fee, the review processes will be performed
- During the process, AEC will contact applicants to have any adjustment to improve the proposal to meet the approach of AEC
- After the agreement between both AEC and applicants, the final version of the application have to be signed by the applicants and their organization, then sent to AEC office by email and post
- AEC will issue the approval in 2 weeks and send to applicants by email and post
